HuskyPrint is the current ITS on-campus for fee printing service designed primarily for students, but also open to the community. Unfortunately, it delivers a sub-par experience and we encounter frequent and persistent support issues with it.  Based on negative feedback, we have elected to retire HuskyPrint and transition to wēpa , a new service provider.  Wēpa will manage all payment and refund transactions, provide customer support, and maintain equipment.  Customers will receive better support and enjoy greater flexibility.  They will be able to send print jobs to any wēpa kiosk from their Google Drive or OneDrive accounts, the web, a USB drive, a smartphone, or a computer.  They will pay online with a major credit card or use their HuskyBucks.  The new wēpa kiosks will be installed on August 6 in preparation for the student’s return.  More information is available at wepanow.com.
