Active: ITS has begun work to bring the building up to current standards.

Planned: The building is on the future execution schedule, but the initial work has not started.

Complete: Buildings are considered substantially complete when occupants can realize the benefits and use the space for its intended purpose. These buildings may require some minor additional work that does not impact its functional use.

Note: Some of the building marked completed do not have a date listed. This is because they were brought up to the current standard as part of a separate construction project (i.e., new construction).
